NYC Messenger Inc. was founded by Mr. John George Deleo in 1979 with the mission of providing delivery services to CVS and Duane Reade. Over time, the company grew to provide general delivery services in many different markets.

Following the passing of Mr. John Deleo in 2008, his wife, Maylynn Deleo, assumed leadership as President of NYC Messenger Inc. and had an instant impact by revamping and growing it to become the main courier and delivery service provider to all CVS stores in Manhattan.
